Elements is growing, that’s why we are looking for a Projectmanager Mobile (M/F). As a Projectmanager Mobile you are able to manage our Mobile development teams in such a way that our projects run smoothly and we deliver as promised to our customers. Your responsibility is not only the quality of the project but also the time in which it is developed and the costs against which we deliver. Within the project you have frequent contact with the customer and the lead developer.
Required skills:
- Working and thinking at an HBO-level
- Good Dutch language skills
- 2 or more years experience as a projectmanager in the area of either web- or mobile development
- High level of ICT knowledge and interest in the latest developments
- Service and result oriented
- “Can get things done” attitude, creative, team-player, motivator
- Fast learner, adaptive, open minded, solution-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Assertive, not afraid of confrontations
Desired skills:
- Good English language skills
- HBO education in the field of IT
- Knowledge of different project methods

Mobile developer

Required skills:
- Excellent coding skills in one or more of the following: C, C++, Objective-C, C#, Java

Desired skills:

Functional Designer

Elements is growing and ambitious, that’s why we are looking for a Functional Designer (M/F). As Functional Designer you will be responsible for for identifying the customer’s needs by collecting requirements. You will then translate these requirements into a functional design with e relating estimate and implementation plan. Your duties consist of designing minor revisions to operational releases but also new, more comprehensive software applications.
General responsibilities:
- working in a team with our customers and our developers
- collecting, recording and prioritizing requirements
- analyze business processes
- designing new applications and revisions to existing software
- drafting functional designs
- drafting technical designs
- planning and coordinating software projects
- drafting impact analyses
- in the production phase of projects you will act as the walking encyclopedia for colleagues regarding functional design
Required skills
- Level of working and thinking at HBO
- Quality concious and a precise worker
- Experienced with standardised documentation and development- and test methods
- Knowledge of datamoddeling and systemarchitectures
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken language in both Dutch and English
- Strong technical and analytical skills

Front-End Developer

Elements is growing and ambitious, that’s why we are looking for a Front End Developer (M/F). Someone who is able to use new and progressive technologies to present our work to our users in a striking, clear and appropriate way. The Fromt End Developer will translate the designs for web and mobile to high quality (X)HTML templates. This also includes CSS and JavaScript applications.
General responsibilities:
- Write front-end code in HTML/CSS and Javascript
- Implement new features and optimize existing ones using our design patterns
- Work closely with, and incorporate feedback from project management, interaction designers and developers.
- Identify and address performance issues
- Rapidly fix bugs and solve problems
- Build efficiënt and reusable front-end abastractions and systems
Required skills
- Level of working and thinking at HBO
- Eduction in the field of IT, minium level MBO
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with (X)HTML, CSS, JavaScript, webstandards and photoshop
- Able to read and understand code that is written in PHP
- Experience with communicationprotocolls like jQuery, Prototype, Ajax and preferably HTML5
- Knowledge of new media

Medior Web Developer

Elements is growing and ambitious, that’s why we are looking for a Medior Web Developer (M/F). As a Web Developer you are responsible for the creation and implementation of a wide variety of Web-based products using PHP, JavaScript, MySQL and AJAX.
Our client base is varied and ranges from media oriented companies to telecom providers. You work in a project team together with developers of all levels. The amount of responsibility depends on your level of programming- and project skills, however: you are always a teamplayer.
General responsibilities:
- Design, code and test technical solutions
- Assist in physical and logical database and application design
- Making sure the code is written and processed according to our standards
- Become part of the team
Requirements:
- A great talent for programming
- Knowledge of and experience with PHP5/OOP (Zend platform is a plus)
